  • ●Run outreach to candidates and handle the replies — you are the first human they talk to.
  • ●Screen candidates against a real client bar and write the notes that decide who gets submitted.
  • ●Track pipelines end to end and tell us honestly where they are stuck.
§ Who this is for
  • ●You are comfortable talking to strangers all day and following up until you get an answer.
  • ●Clear, fast written English. Your outreach has to sound like a person, not a template.
  • ●Organized enough to run dozens of candidates at once without dropping any.
  • ●Recruiting experience is not required; hustle is.
