Nextdev is a developer hiring marketplace that connects pre-vetted engineers with companies looking to hire. We screen engineers through our Cursor IDE extension and send qualified profiles to our clients. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

For Engineers:

• Account information: name, email, and professional details
• Profile data: skills, experience, portfolio, and work samples
• Assessment data: performance on technical evaluations conducted through our Cursor extension

Cursor Extension Data:

• Extension usage: interactions with the Nextdev extension within your IDE
• Assessment submissions: code and responses submitted during technical evaluations
• Project activity: applications and engagement with available projects
• We do not access, collect, or store your personal code, repositories, or files outside of assessment contexts

MCP (Model Context Protocol) Data:

• Session data: interactions with our MCP server during authorized sessions
• Context provided: information you explicitly share through MCP integrations
• MCP data is processed to provide and improve our services

For Clients:

• Company information: name, industry, and hiring needs
• Contact details: name, email, and phone number
• Hiring preferences: roles, skills, and budget requirements
• Payment information: billing details processed by our payment provider
