Our AI sourcing agents run a fresh search for every role, pulling from hundreds of data sources instead of one database. They surface engineers who aren't job hunting and never reply to recruiters. We interview the best ones ourselves before you see anybody.
AI writes the code now. What it can't do is know your business. An engineer who has already worked on payments, or medical claims, or online checkout is useful in week one. One who hasn't spends two months learning it, and you're paying for those two months.
